The brands we operate.

Each brand below is operated as a doing-business-as trade name under HeyZeus Brands LLC. They share infrastructure but maintain independent customer relationships.

For our customers If you've done business with one of our brands, any text messages you receive from us will identify which brand the message is about. We never send marketing about Brand B to a Brand A customer. Each brand's customer list is operated independently.

How brands are operated

Each brand under HeyZeus Brands runs independently from a customer's perspective. Order from Brand A and you'll never get marketing texts from Brand B — we don't cross-promote, share customer data between brands, or use one brand's opt-in to reach customers about another brand.

From an operational and legal standpoint, however, all brands share the same parent entity. That means:

  • One legal entity (HeyZeus Brands LLC) holds all customer relationships and is responsible for their data and consent.
  • One Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply across all brands.
  • One A2P 10DLC Brand registration covers all SMS communications from any of our brands.
  • Each brand may use its own dedicated phone number, but the registered sender entity is always HeyZeus Brands LLC.

This structure lets us run small brands carefully without the overhead of separate corporate entities for each one.
