This Privacy Policy describes how HeyZeus Brands LLC ("HeyZeus Brands," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit heyzeusbrands.com, interact with one of our brands, or communicate with us by email, phone, or text message.
HeyZeus Brands operates a portfolio of independent trade names ("doing-business-as" names) under one parent legal entity. This policy applies to all of those operations.

We do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising networks on this website.

We use the information we collect to:

4. Mobile information & SMS data
4.1 What we collect when you opt in to SMS
When you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect:

- Which consent type(s) you selected (customer care, promotional, or both) — these are collected separately
- The date and time of your opt-in
- The form, page, or method by which you opted in (e.g., website contact form at heyzeusbrands.com)
- Your subsequent opt-in and opt-out activity

4.2 How we use your mobile information
We use your mobile phone number only to send you the types of messages you have explicitly consented to receive:
- Customer care messages (if you opted in) — responses to inquiries, support follow-ups, appointment coordination, order updates, and service-related communications.
- Promotional messages (if you opted in separately) — offers, discounts, event announcements, service updates, product announcements, and educational content.
Customer care consent and promotional consent are collected separately and independently through distinct opt-in checkboxes. Opting in to one does not constitute consent to the other. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may submit an inquiry or purchase a product or service without opting in to any SMS messaging.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users can reply STOP to unsubscribe from all messages at any time, or HELP for assistance.
4.3 With whom we share mobile information
The only third party with whom we share your mobile phone number is our SMS service provider (currently Twilio, Inc.), and only to the extent necessary to deliver messages to and from you. Our SMS provider is contractually obligated to use this information only to deliver our messages, and not for its own marketing purposes.
We do not:
- Sell mobile information to third parties
- Share mobile information with affiliates for their marketing or promotional use
- Share mobile information with lead-generation companies
- Use mobile information for any purpose other than the messaging you've consented to
5. When we share information
Outside of mobile information (covered above), we share information only:
- With service providers who help us run our business (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers, email service providers, web hosting), and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function
- To comply with the law when required by a valid legal process (subpoena, court order, regulatory inquiry)
- To protect rights and safety when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud or protect a person from harm
- With your consent when you ask us to share information with a third party

SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier rules — currently at least four years.

- Request that we correct inaccurate information
- Request that we delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of marketing communications (including SMS at any time)

To opt out of SMS messages specifically, reply STOP to any text message from us. We honor opt-outs immediately.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take security seriously and limit access to personal information to people who need it to do their jobs.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated more prominently — for SMS-related changes, by text to opted-in subscribers; for other changes, by a notice on this site.
