1. Program description
The HeyZeus Brands SMS program ("the Program") is a text messaging service operated by HEYZEUS BRANDS LLC and the trade names ("brands") we operate. Messages we send through the Program fall into two categories based on the consent you provide:
- Customer care messages — responses to inquiries you send us, support follow-ups, appointment coordination, ticket updates, order confirmations, shipping notifications, delivery status, account alerts, and other service-related communications related to an existing request or transaction you have with us.
- Promotional messages — special offers, discounts, event announcements, service updates, product announcements, educational content updates, and limited-time promotions. Promotional messages are only sent to contacts who have separately opted in to receive them.
Each message category requires its own explicit, separate opt-in. You may opt in to one, both, or neither category. See Section 2 for how consent is collected.
2. Opt-in (how to subscribe)
You can opt in to receive text messages from HEYZEUS BRANDS LLC by visiting heyzeusbrands.com and interacting with the website contact form or chat widget. During the interaction, you may voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and check one or both of the following consent checkboxes:
- Customer care consent — checking this box opts you in to receive customer care messages related to your inquiry, support request, appointment coordination, or service-related follow-up.
- Promotional consent — checking this box opts you in to receive promotional messages, including offers, discounts, announcements, event promotions, educational updates, and service or product updates.
Both checkboxes are unchecked by default. You may check one, both, or neither. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. Customer care consent and promotional consent are collected separately and independently — opting in to one does not opt you in to the other.
You may also opt in by texting us first from your own mobile device — by initiating a conversation, you consent to our reply for that interaction. Alternatively, you may provide verbal or in-person consent during a transaction or service interaction, which we will log.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide and that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian).
You have opted in to receive messages from HEYZEUS BRANDS LLC. Message types may include customer care and/or promotional messages based on your selected consent. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
3. Opt-out (how to unsubscribe)
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time, free of charge, by replying with any of the following keywords to any text message from us:
STOP · STOPALL · UNSUBSCRIBE · CANCEL · END · QUIT
After you send an opt-out keyword, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscription, and we will not send you any further text messages unless you opt in again.
If you have multiple phone numbers, you must opt out separately from each.
You can also opt out by emailing hello@heyzeusbrands.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and the mobile number(s) you want to unsubscribe.
4. Help
For help with the Program at any time, reply HELP to any text message from us. You will receive a reply with our brand name, a description of the Program, opt-out instructions, and our contact information.

5. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your consent selections, account activity, the nature of your inquiry, and the brand you're interacting with.
- Customer care messages — sent in response to events (orders, appointments, replies to your inquiries). Typical volume is 1–5 messages per transaction or inquiry. Customers not in an active transaction or inquiry typically receive no messages.
- Promotional messages — sent periodically as offers, updates, or announcements become available. Frequency varies; we do not send daily blasts.
6. Fees and rates
Message and data rates may apply. HeyZeus Brands does not charge you for sending or receiving text messages through the Program, but your wireless carrier may charge you standard message and data rates depending on your mobile plan. Check with your carrier for details.
The Program is provided to you at no cost from HeyZeus Brands.
7. Supported carriers
The Program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS messages may be delivered through "shared short codes," "long codes" (10-digit phone numbers), or other technical means. Currently, HeyZeus Brands messages are delivered through registered 10DLC long codes via a verified A2P 10DLC Brand and Campaign with our messaging provider.
8. Privacy & data sharing
The only third party with whom we share your mobile phone number is our SMS service provider (currently Twilio, Inc.), and only to the extent necessary to send and receive messages on our behalf. Our SMS provider is contractually prohibited from using your information for its own marketing.

9. Eligibility & consent
To use the Program, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from HEYZEUS BRANDS LLC or any of our brands.
Customer care consent and promotional consent are separate and independent. Opting in to one does not constitute consent to the other. HEYZEUS BRANDS LLC collects consent directly and does not sell, rent, or share opt-in consent with affiliates or third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you no longer own or use the phone number you opted in with, please notify us so we can remove the number from our records and avoid sending messages to the next person to receive that number.
10. Service interruptions
The Program may be subject to delays, interruptions, or unavailability due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier outages, signal issues, software bugs, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events. HeyZeus Brands is not liable for any failure or delay in delivering messages, and your carrier is not liable either.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, send a notice to active subscribers. Your continued participation in the Program after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
